It went okay. The owner has two other men that work for him. We requested that the owner come and do the work himself once he sent them out initially. The owner came out and did the work himself.

It went great.. After I called him he came out as soon as i hung up the phone.. such a joy to have someone to come when you need them..

So here is my story...I came home from work on a Friday evening to a very warm house. Outside temperature was still in the upper 90's and I immediately started to picture a horrible weekend at home with no air conditioner. I had met Mr Sumler the previous year when I had called him to do some maintenance on the unit where I work. I called..I got an answering machine and because it was after 6:00, my hopes of finding a repairman plummeted. I left my number anyway and within 20 minutes he had returned my call. He was on his way to a job in the opposite direction of where I am, but promised he would see me before the nights end. Sure enough, he arrived, fixed the problem and even though I am very very rural and out of his way, the trip charge was minimal. I was very pleased with his dedication and honesty. He could have taken advantage of the fact it was after hours and charged more, but he didn't. I will recommend him to anyone that needs air conditioner work done.
