I paid them $1500.00 in advance on Tuesday, November 26, 2024 for an elevation certificate on my property so that I could avoid purchasing flood insurance. I?m in the process of renovating it and needed either flood insurance or an elevation certificate showing that it was not in a flood zone. It took them one day less than 8 weeks to complete the certificate. The only way I would ever recommend them is if I DID NOT like you or want your project to be completed in a timely manner. I ended up having to purchase flood insurance in order for my renovation to go through. It has cost me more than the price of the certificate in interest and flood insurance coverage. My experience with Fuselier and Associates was AWFUL! Do not recommend!
