Kel has a very small repair business located in a fairly rural area. He travels great distances between calls and so his anticipated arrival times are estimates. He is certified to do warranty work for Whirlpool and Kitchenaid. Lowes arranged for him to preform the work on my new washing machine. He fixed the problem in such a way that I could use the machine and ordered the parts needed to ensure a quality outcome over the life of the appliance. The problem was likely due to faulty switches which he replaced. He took time to explain problems he has seen with the newer machines and explained how the component parts of the machine work so I could obtain the best results and keep my machine running for a number of years. I believe he is a trustworthy provider.
