Integrity Plumbing

I can't say enough about the service that was performed today. I called in the a.m. and received a return call and he explained that he was on another job. He called later to say he would be here shortly. He started working immediately. He was very professional and very knowledgeable. Took him less than an hour. I feel very fortunate to have found his phone number. The price he charged was well within my budget. I can't imagine anyone not being satisfied with this man who lives by the word of the Lord. Needless to say, I highly recommend Mr. Beatty.

I have used both Toby and his brother Joe D. several times.  Toby handles the plumbing leaks and installation, and Joe. D. handles the sewage issues.  Both have been very professional and reasonable.  They have done a great job and I will use them again in the future.

The overall experience with them was good, but I probably would not use them.

They are polite, prompt, and they respond very quickly. When I had emergency situations that I needed somebody else, they were out here. Their prices are reasonable. They really work neatly and they are reliable.

We suspected we had a leak in the hot water line under the slab when we discovered a significant warm spot on our bath and master bedroom floors. We contacted three plumbing companies with A ratings on Angie's List, each of which came to the house to assess the problem and give an estimate. Though all three were competitive in their bids, Integrity Plumbing came in a bit lower. Though we're sure either of the other two companies would have been great choices, we were extremely pleased with Integrity Plumbing. Toby Beatty (owner) arrived at 8 a.m., as promised, and got right to work, "killed" the leaking line, ran a new line (pex tubing) through the attic to the kitchen. When he was done, he cleaned up the mess so that you'd never know he'd been there! We very highly recommend Integrity Plumbing, and will absolutely hire Toby to do other non-DIY plumbing jobs. If you happen to read this, Toby, thanks again for doing such a great job!

They were good. I would give them 5 stars. They were on time. They did the job thoroughly and quickly. I have no complaints about them.

Call returned same day. Service the next day. Very good overall experience.

Toby had to run the water line behind two cabinets and a dish washer to reach the refrigerator. He flushed the line before connecting it to the frig, vacuumed up any water that dripped as he connected to the source under the sink, advised me on things to watch out for, and cleaned up afterward. Expertly and quickly done. In and out under an hour. I highly recommend him for this and past plumbing work he's done for me.
