Vowell Watre Well LLC

Our well quit working so we called for service. They came within 24 hours. They said it had simply lost pressure. They did not check anything else. They restored pressure and charged $170. I guess that was $125 for service call and $45 for whatever. I don't know because they did not send a receipt. Within 24 hours the well quit working again. We called them, but actually fixed it ourselves by doing what they had done. After 2 days it quit working again. We could not fix it so we called them again. They came back, did the same thing and charged us another $50. 0f course, it quit working again. We finally called another well service company who actually fixed it.  The pump was bad and the wiring to the pump had to be replaced. Vowell had replaced my tank years earlier and apparently not configured the well for the new type of tank.  There were other problems with the well that contributed to the pump going out. Perhaps, if I had never used Vowell, I would not have had to spend over $1000 on well repairs.
