The waitress did not return my credit card after presenting it for Payment. I returned the next day to obtain my credit card and sign the bill. Although, I had left a cash tip for the waitress. A fee was imposed for "unpaid bill". I had presented my credit card for payment. It was the Waitress responsibility to return it for signature and I was charged for their inability to do a normal business transaction. This was listed as gratuity on the bill. This was an attempt to legitimize theft. The $3 charge wasn't enough for me to present a conflict.
