At first he was great about showing up. It took him several attempts to stop the tub drain from leaking, and it was at this point where we began to have issues. He finally hooked up the tub drain and fixed the leak, but he never completed the job he was paid to do. He would not show up on time or not show up at all. Would not call to let us know that he was either going to be late or not be able to come even after we asked him to please call. We subsequently had to leave town for 2 weeks. Called him on 3 separate occasions before we left so that he would hook up our new vanity drain. Each time he said he would come, but never showed up or called. After we returned from our trip, we called him again. He said he would be here on a Friday morning; once again never showed up or called. Called him three times after his last no-show but he is now just ignoring our phone calls.
