Initial meet and greet was good. Many things were discussed. Price, frequency of visits, and what was expected. The first and last time using was good. Showed up when said and did a good job overall. A few piles of debris that was spoken of during original walk through were not dealt with but, not a deal breaker. Not bad. Straight forward. Though difficult to reach if you're aren't into directly calling, just an FYI for the folks who email and text. He'll respond via text to initially get your business but you won't get a response from him after this without a phone call. Communication poor, price fair, work acceptable.
