Graugnard Furniture and Appliance, Inc. roots date back to 1890. The family business started as a general merchandise store serving the small community of St. James with everything from hardware to groceries. It was then part of a sugarcane plantation. Graugnard s is part of the community it serves. The company and the general manager firmly believe it is better to give than receive. Throughout the year, Graugnard s is a front supporter of area schools, religious organizations, non-profit organizations, fund-raisers, festivals and more.
