The plumber said it was the wax ring, he changed that and put in all new parts in the toilet tank. That evening the leak was back, he came two days later and changed the t-pipe. Problem is solved.
I was grateful the first time I called he did come out the same day.

They are very efficient. They are very knowledgeable. They are on time. I would rate them highly. I would use them again in the future.
