His servicemen drove around town for over and hour and then they charged me for the time looking for a part. I told them the 3 month old water heater was new and under warranty, but they still charged me for labor and a $10 part, which totaled $160. Later that day the problem reoccurred and I was without hot water again. Sears came out and repaired it for free under warranty. Schulz did not give me a quote ahead of time nor tell me their charges were not under warranty, until they gave me the bill. They would not take a credit card, so I had to write a check. I am very dissappointed to pay $160 and still be without hot water.
Description of Work: Replaced thermocouple on water heater, which started the the water heater up for one hour, then the pilot went out and could not relight.
