New roof was installed on December 2013. I've leaks on the roof and it is creating mold in the house. I have made several attempts to contact the company without any kind of response. I have made a formal complaint to the Dept of Consumer's Affair in the state of Louisiana.

"The roof was not leaking . The metal covers on the arched dormers were rusted out and leaking. We did not do the dormers. Customer can confirm"

Owner of the company came out and gave me an estimate. Once I had the insurance amount finalized I made the decision to use Regional Roofing. I made an appointment for the job to be done. The crew showed up and started removing the old roofing. They put all the old tiles in a trailer to be hauled off. They removed all the nails that they could with a magnet from the yard. I never found a nail or had a nail in my mower since the job. They did the whole job in one day, even though the temperature was unbearable. The crew did an excellent job.

R R did a beautiful job. They cleaned up and left it broom swept no nails. The roof is beautiful. The crew left some gauges in my front yard from a trailer. Mike immediately offered to fix it. I did it with a bag of garden soil I already had but he was more than willing to fix. Mike also offered advice I needed on some related repairs. This is the roofer to go to.

They did a great job. They were good. The owner of the company came out a couple of times for an estimate and measurements. The estimate was extremely competitive. I had gotten good recommendations from other people about him. I came home from work and I had a new roof. Everything was cleaned up nicely and left a few things here and there, but nothing major.
