I had a bad experience with a contractor right after Hurricane Katrina. This contractor was different. Brice Lobitz was completely dependable. He and his men came when they said they were coming, were on time and did an excellent job of cleaning up each day. Their work was of superior quality. They matched the hardy board and paint to my existing house. I have received a number of compliments on how well the shaft blends into my house. It looks like it was actually built with the house.
Brice went to lengths to have everything come out just like I wanted it. He matched my elevator door to my front door. (They both have oval glass.) He was able to figure out how to keep my 2 1/2 year old grandson out of the elevator when no one is around. The exterior door can be locked or opened from the inside of the elevator, but must be opened with a key from the outside of the elevator. Brice was careful to caulk all around the shaft on both floors and even caulked some other places on my porch.
