They are cleaning the house regularly. I am not really checking on their work, but i have found out that there are still dust underneath the bed.There are certain area in the bathroom that still have dirt.You can say that there were lacking of work.They were not really cleaning.They were not doing a thorough job. Sometimes that called in before the scheduled time and tell me that they cannot come and changed the scheduled time.It was not convenient for me. Also I gave them key so that they can so that they can come to my house to clean even if i was not at home and because they said other customers gave them key for the house, but when I tried to get back my key, they are giving me a hard difficult time.

Tanya responded quickly. The ladies she sent to clean my home were professional and did a good job. Tanya stopped in to check on them and explained that each visit they would do some deep cleaning so that over time the house would look better and better. I look forward to having them back.

Scheduling was difficult at first but once we got a bi-weekly time set they were consistent. The service was for my 89 year old grandmother's home, one of the women employed by NOLA maid was terrified of dogs so my grandmother would have to hustle them outside whenever they came to clean, which was a bit of a hassle and, I believe, the reason she cancelled the service. However, I thought they did a fantastic cleaning job.

2 people x 2 hours)  more than bathrooms and kitchen could be tackled.  they wanted to charge me another hour but took it off the bill .  I thought that was appropriate and responsive given the situation.

Were very punctual & worked the whole time. Very nice, very clean, & even went above & beyond the scope of work. Would definitely use them or recommend them again.

I'm quite disappointed with NOLA Maids. The ladies who came and cleaned did OK, and wanted to help, however the owners of the business need to get a few things straightened out.
I specifically and clearly told the dispatcher that I needed someone to do laundry.  Another cleaning services that I hired after new flooring was installed and wood dust was throughout the entire house was able to do the job in under 2 hours with 2 cleaners, and even did and folded a load of laundry.  They were great, and I unfortunately lost that other service's number, otherwise I would have used them again.
NOLA Maids' owner/dispatcher assured me that 2 cleaners could immediately start the laundry upon arriving, clean 2 dens, a kitchen, a bedroom, and 2 bathrooms within 2 hours.  I told her I didn't want to pay for 3, and asked if that many rooms plus laundry including folding could be done efficiently and effectively and she said yes.
On the morning of the clean, I asked the dispatcher/owner to give me a 20 minutes heads up so that I could leave my job on time to meet the cleaners.  I didn't hear from her, so I left and made it home at the agreed-upon time.  The cleaners came TWO AND A HALF HOURS LATE. AND, I received absolutely NO communications from the dispatcher/owner telling me when the cleaners would arrive.  It was extraordinarily frustrating to have lost that much time at work for nothing.
When the cleaners began, I showed them the laundry that the dispatcher/owner assured me would be done, and asked the cleaner to also change the cat's litter.  The cleaners looked confused, and texted their boss, who told them not to do laundry (despite her earlier assurances that they would do our laundry) and not to do the litter.  The rest of the clean progressed a bit slowly- I had to ask one cleaner to vacuum up the dust and pet hair instead of continually sweeping up after herself.  The other cleaner started cleaning a bedroom that I specifically asked her not to clean (in order to save money).
They finished the job in 2.5 hours, although with a bit more efficiency (moving faster, not backtracking over previously-swept/vacuumed areas, and not cleaning rooms I asked not be cleaned) it could have and should have been done under 2.  Especially because they didn't fold any laundry.  Despite taking 2.5 hours, the cleaners charged for 3 hours and gave me a sob story of how their boss would make them kick up money for 3 hours because any time above 2 hours = 3 hours in her eyes.  So I gave them the full amount because I believed them that their boss would do such a thing given her lack of communicating with me, and because the cleaners were nice were nice.
Promises were not kept, expectations were not met. I really wonder about this company's reliability given my experiences, and will not use them again in the future or recommend them to others.

Fabulous job! My home hasn't been this clean in years! They did it all, not just dusting furniture and vacuuming rugs. The woodwork, cabinets, refrigerator, etc. --- all were sparkling clean. I'll definitely have them back.

They are wonderful! they got dust and dirt from every corner! My house smells great and the ladies are so kind .. especially Tanya the owner.

Left baseboards dirty and dusty. Door casings not cleaned.   Light switch plates not cleaned.   I had to clean myself in order for painters to paint.  All Tanya Roberson (NOLA MAID Owner)  could say is that they clean as best as  they could.  What is being paid for apparently has nothing  to do with their quality of work.

They did an excellent job cleaning the oven, refrigerator, floors, baseboards, ceiling fans, blinds, bathrooms, cabinets, etc. Overall they left the house in pristine condition. They cleaned it from top to bottom. I was very pleased and will certainly use them again

She was professional and extremely helpful.  Her company has cleaned my property one time thus far and will continue on a regular basis.
