I found Mr Logan on Angie List. Mr Logan showed up. Very nice. Talked a good game. He asked my elderly mom if she had met her deductible. She said yes. He charged her $12500 and justified his fee with the insurance company by saying he had to rewire the hold house install new boxes and bring it up to code. He started the work. Then he started given excuses as to why he wasn’t showing up. This proceeded to not answering the phone or responding to text. About 3 weeks later he called my mom and said he had some licensing issues and he was taking care of them that week. It’s been about 2 months and we have not heard anything. He was paid $9500. He has only performed about 30% of the work. We are in the process of hiring another contractor. Most of the work he has done will have to be redone. I am appalled that Mr Logan scammed my elderly mother under the pretense of being a Christian. He gained her trust and used it against her. We contacted an attorney. He contacted Mr Logan and he said he was going to take care of it that week. Again it’s been about 2 months. A total of about 4 months from the onset. He’s no longer responding to phone calls from the attorney. In addition I hired him to do some work. He has not completed that as well. I was told he would take care of it. $1900 job. I will chalk that up to a loss but scamming my mother out of $9500 will not be accepted.

It was very good. He discovered the problem, purchased the necessary parts, and put the components in the breaker box. I would recommend him to anybody else.

They were great, on time, worked very hard, he was very trustworthy, friendly. Very knowledgable, knew what he was going. Didn't have to wait a long time for him to come out and do the work, he was there the day after I called. I was recommended to him by a plumber and wasn't disappointed.
