From beginning to end, Jessie at Bordelon's was stellar. He explained in as much detail as possible what was causing our unit to "die" and he tried to salvage it by switching fuses and wires out. The unit was just too old and couldn't be saved. They gave us a great price, all inclusive with a great warranty and completed the entire job in a day and a half.
Very nice, polite, courteous people and I would HIGHLY recommend using them for all a/c needs.
