The completed sunroom is beautiful and we are eager to entertain friends, family and business associates.  The craftsmanship, product quality and customer service met all of our expectations. The nucleus of the company, Craig Ricks and his Office Manager, Robert Himmaugh along with Production Manager, Neil Howard also met and surpassed our expectations. They were readily  available throughout the construction. Craig made several visits to our home throughout the entire process and was here when my husband and I gave the final "thumbs up".  The Production Manager, Neil Howard brought samples of the windows and framing prior to us making the final decision to continue with the project. The entire company was determined that we would be happy with the final product. During the final phase of the construction, the Contractor, Will Dunn and all workers was also committed to making sure we were happy with the final construction. I have seen several jobs completed by Acadian Windows and Siding and each are equally well constructed.

This was a great experience from start to finish. The quality of the windows appears to be superior to the other vendors we considered. They were professional, courteous and worked hard from the minute they arrived. Clean up was excellent as well. The ability to have the work performed on a Saturday was a bonus. The two crews not only did an excellent job, it was obvious they worked well together and had fun while they worked. I would recommend this company to anyone looking for windows.

The salesman was very nice, but I was supposed to be contacted with different window options, and I never heard back from anyone.

They were fine. They did a really good job. They actually delivered early. We're very satisfied. they were pretty responsive to us. They were very professional.

There was a mix-up about the day they were to come to install our windows due to another client with our last name scheduled for the day after us, in the same parish. The way a company handles a problem is as important to us as the work they do. When made aware they had gone to the wrong house, they reacted quickly to remedy the matter, were very apologetic, and gave a discount on the job. More importantly, they kept their commitment to get our windows installed that day and the workers showed up only a couple of hours later than planned.  We were very impressed with the way it was handled.
Though the workday began and ended a bit later than originally expected, the workers worked hard and did a thorough, professional job. They were always courteous and did not hesitate to answer questions and provide information. The work was begun about 11 and completed about 4. We had a brief rainstorm as they were finishing up but they did not stop working. The windows installed are of a very high quality, attractive, and energy efficient. We would certainly not hesitate to use them again and, in fact, have gotten a quote from them on hurricane protection for our windows.

The sales representative, owner, and other workers ensured the materials were to the specifications of the owners, ensured all work was completed to the satisfaction of the owners who are very careful to oversee the finished product.  Most parties contacted did not even respond, this company was totally responsive and assured the owners all requests would be met.  The workers were professional, very careful with clean-up and finishing touches needed for this job to be completed to maintain the detailed upkeep of the property.  We would advise anyone to give this group a call for services that may be needed.  Should the owners begin new construction this company will be contacted for discussion of products and services.

Pleased with the new double-pane windows.  Unable to rehang some blinds in the windows due to the new width of the windows - not enough space left in the frame.  Clean-up on the exterior of the house could have been better.  Added bands around the windows after seeing the "unfinished look" of the windows replaced in the siding. Overall, pleased with the work and windows.

Installers arrivered 10 minutes before time I was told.  They were very polite and professional.  They never stopped working until the job was over.

Overall, the installation went well.

We purchased the home in late November 2012 and quickly knew we needed new windows. We had two bids and decide to go with Acadian Windows. Salesperson was courteous and polite and the install crew was quick. Overall, we are happy with the quality of windows. Furthermore, energy costs and outside noise have been substantially reduced.

I called three separate companies to receive a free estimate for replacing all of the siding and windows for my house. Of the three Acadian was the only company who could send someone out to meet with me after 6p.m. When I got off, The production manager Neil was waiting at my home when I pulled up and we then proceeded to the house to see the property. His knowledge of the products was exceptional and his demonstration was by far the best. When he left he actually encouraged me to shop around, knowing he was the first company I met with. The next company said the latest they would meet was at 5 so I requested to leave work earlier so I could meet with them. I arrived at my home at 5:04 p.m. And he had not arrived yet, so I called there offices and they were closed. I went inside and waited for another hour and a half until I realized this was a no show and a no call as well. The next day on my break I called there offices and the lady who answered the phone explained that it was told to me that there is always the potential the other appointment could run long and the salesmen were not required to call for rescheduling. Any way even though after that experience I didn't want to , I still needed another quote so I could at least compare with Acadians. There only appointment was a week later on Saturday afternoon so I took it. There customer service was much more pleasant but there price was much higher. In addition I compared the energy efficient specs for there windows and Acadians was much better. One last thing on this was that they didn't have the color of vinyl siding that my wife and I wanted to go with. So we got the deposit into them and they processed our order. Much to our surpirse we received a phone called 8 days later coordinating an install date. I wasn't even prepared at work to do this yet because I was under the impression this process took weeks not days. Next they began the job. The lead installer called me 30 minutes before they arrived and the 2 man crew showed up promptly at the time I was told they would . Rob greeted me and introduced me to his helper and told me a brief description about what they were going to do and how long this would take. They arrived at 8 , began work by , 8:20, and were cleaning up at 2:15. I was almost in disbelief how fast all 17 windows were removed and replaced. Next Rob explained the do's and donts of the next 24 hours , walked around my home loooking and pointing out every window unit, and brushed over the paperwork in my folder. I then received a phone call from There office manager and page by page he discussed my paperwork. He thoroughly explained how to register my warranty and what the lifetime warranty covered. I then sent Rob the installer on his way with the final payment for the windows portion of the job. The next day was much of the same. This time it was Brian and he called me when he was in route as well . Brian with his four helpers took 3 days to put all the siding soffit and fascia on my home. The 3rd day they were finished by about 2. Craig showed up while the workers were cleaning up the work area he did a final walk through with me. He then asked me for input on how this experience could have went better and I couldn't think of anything. The next day I received another phone call from there office manager asking how the job went and asked for any way the job could have went better, and I still couldn't think of anything. I would recommended Acadian windows to any and everyone looking to have work done. From start to finish I could not have asked for better service and We are getting a patio cover installed by them when summer comes around. I personally want to thank all of the workers and office people for the complete makeover to the outside of my house. -james
