One of the best experiences with any company I’ve used since becoming a homeowner 7 years ago. Professional, on time, spent time on the projects and left no mess or debris in the house. We replaced our front, back door and a privacy window in a bathroom from a home that is from the 1890s although we had done some renovations when the house was purchased the doors we had were leaking energy and did not hold up at all. Matias was amazing his attention to detail on perfecting the install on everything truly one of the best professionals I’ve ever worked with. His supervisor Ross was by his side and was a great communicator. He too went out of his way to make the experience one of a kind. Couldn’t recommend this company more this is my third time using them and the absolute best as well. Great job! We also took them up on the financing 12 month 0 interested with just 20% down!

The crew showed on time and were very professional and courteous. I love my new windows especially with the energy saving tint! Love that! The supervisor Ross came onsite to check quality of the installation which I appreciated very much. Also the salesman Neil came out to check on the quality of the installation, and to give me peace of mind that I was getting everything that I was sold! These guys went above and beyond to fix and repair brick mortar, Sheetrock, and a little stucco, to ensure that the condition my home was in was better than before they arrived. I cannot be happier with the professionalism of this company, and I would recommend them

Claudio and his crew, along with Brad M. did an absolutely FANTASTIC job. They did 9 windows in 2.5 hours. Great windows, amazing quality installation and Claudio and his team were obsessed with doing quality work...it was amazing. I will have them do our remaining windows as soon as I save up the money! Acadian Windows delivered as promised. The salesman was great and very knowledgeable and led me to the exact windows I was looking for. They let me know when the windows came in and when they would be installed. Their installation crew showed up on time and were very professional both in their demeanor and the installation of my windows. In a matter of a few hours my windows were installed, cleaned and my house was left spotless when they finished. Time and Time again I am impressed! About 8 years ago I was fortunate to become a customer of Acadian Windows; and no as of this past year I am fortunate to be able to be their customer again. Eight years ago when I originally purchased my windows it was to combat energy deficiencies in my Condo to which I was extremely satisfied with performance of the windows. Fast-forward to this year were I was able to upgrade a rental unit that I just purchased and all I can say is WOW. Not only has Acadian continued their practice of producing an extremely viable solution, for energy deficient windows, but they have been able to keep the same feeling of Customer Satisfaction. I have never felt pressured to purchase, never felt that I was being pushed to the side because my project only had 10 windows, and never felt that I needed to baby sit the crews installing. More businesses can learn from a company of this nature where Customers, Products, and Service are primary! A++ Will buy again!

They were so easy to work with. They went through all our options and had a showroom that really helped us see what the windows and doors look like. They were very knowledgeable about their products. Our windows came in on time and the custom front door came in a month earlier than expected. We were very satisfied and have recommended Acadian Windows to several family and friends.

From my first call to my install everything went smoothly! Anytime throughout the process if I had any questions I would call and get a response instantly or that that! Now the install of my windows, OMG!!! The crew was so neat with their work and left my house like it was before they came except I have new beautiful windows!!! I would definitely refer and use Acadian again! I love my new windows!

The install went great. The leader of the crew,Cicero explain to us how to operate the windows. Their work was amazing. We they were done Cicero did a final walk threw with us. An the job was well done. We would highly recommend Acadian windows. We are very satisfied with our windows.

Beautiful windows. Flawless. Look fantastic & there was zero mess left behind. I would use them again BUT I will be sure to reiterate over & over what I want to do about payment. I paid half down at the time I chose the windows & stated I wanted to finance the balance. I think it took about 3-4months for the windows to come in. The windows were finally installed, I think end of Feb or beginning of March. Someone checked in with me to make sure I was happy with the service. I was impressed. Then he asked about collecting payment & if he could charge the same card on file. I said “oh yeah, but I thought I was financing the balance.” He said I needed to call the office to set it up. I call the office. Someone in the office told me I needed to call my salesperson, which I didn’t remember, & I had the paperwork packed up in some box due to a complete home renovation. So I asked the lady in the office if she could look it up for me. She looks it up & gives me the number. I call him- it’s the wrong salesperson. So he called the office to get the right salesperson for me. That salesperson called me 3/8/21 at 10pm & I was obviously asleep. I called him back the next morning & explained what was going on. He said no problem, I’ll get the paperwork sent to you this evening & financing is upon approval. Well, I never received anything. Then 3/17/21 someone called me wanting to collect payment.... again. I told him the entire story & expressed how this was now aggravating that I’ve had to jump through hoops & told him if it’s such a big deal for me to finance then I just assume pay it off & be done with it so I don’t have to keep dealing with it. My time is valuable & I’m busy. My husband is deployed, I have a baby & multiple businesses to run. So I called that same day & just paid for them because I was completely over it. There was obviously a major lag in communication & with busy customers like myself- situations like that are aggravating & it’s extremely embarrassing to feel like you have someone harassing you like you can’t pay your bills. The guy that called me attempting to collect payment was very kind & professional but it would’ve been nice had their been some sort of communication amongst Acadian. Other than all the payment issues- the quality of work was great.

Amazing! Craig and Cicero were awesome! the Crew was professional and the windows are so beautiful. The clean up was something I've never seen before, they cleaned up everything and left nothing behind. They were so professional and ensured all work was completed timely. (29 windows in 2 days, with more than 1/2 being installed in stucco). I wish I had more houses to put windows in! I will recommend to all my family and friends, don't waste your time calling around, just call Craig or Robert and get it scheduled.
