Scott was beyond wonderful and fixed our problems when he came to take a look at the job. He was extremely courteous and knowledgable. We will def. call him in the near future to complete our outdoor projects. We are so glad we found this company.

Fixed on the fly without need for return visit. Courteous and respectful of property.   I asked for a pressure washing estimate and will probably hire for that job as well.

I had a fairly large patio cover installed by Scott's company in the spring of 2011.  He was very responsive to phone calls and on time for the estimate.  I had several estimates and decided to go with  River Region as I was comfortable with the estimate and explanation of the job.  I had an estimate for almost twice the amount I paid Scott.  When I decided to hire Scott's company for the job he upgraded the poles at no additional cost.  The patio cover was installed in 2 days as projected, looked great and the work debris was all cleaned up.  The patio cover has held up well over the 2 years since it was installed.  Recently Hurricane Isaac felled a large branch that damage a portion of the patio cover.  When normalcy was back, I called Scott to give me an estimate for repairs thinking it would be about $500 - $800.  He came out, assessed the damage and quoted a repair price of $250.  the repairs were done immediately after I gave him the go ahead.  One of the panels wasn't lined up properly and when Scott came to pick up his check he repaired it with no problem.  I wasn't a member of Angie's list when the patio cover was installed initially but wanted to leave a rating for the quality work and customer service that I received then and most recently for the repair.

The work was well done. The price wasn't bad except they did charge a tad much ($100) to replace some door handles on a second porch that I could have done myself for less than $20.  Overall a good value, and the guys were well mannered and professional. The project had minor delays as the company had other projects ongoing at the same time that took a little more effort than had been expected. Still, the whole project took less than a week. I'll use them in the near future for gutter replacement.

They are a local company. They did an amazing job. Everything was fabulous. They did not request money upfront. They were very personal. They must have been a smaller company. Their prices were amazing. They cost half of the other estimates. The guy told me that the job wouldn't be done right away because it was a small job. He was going to wait until there was another job in the area. I was fine with that. It was about a week later that they came out. My favorite is they didn't ask for a deposit or anything. I told him that when the guy comes I would give him a check, but he said that it was okay and that he would send me a bill. The guy that came out and did it knocked on the door, introduced himself, and said that he would be putting in my gutters. It was just one guy and he did a very professional job. I have had comments with people looking at it and saying that they had snipped off the piece. Most people would just throw a gutter up there which is wrong. They did do it the proper way. It took a little extra time, but it is amazing. Their price was my deciding factor. The consult was very punctual. As far as the actual job, the guy just showed up. I didn't know he was doing it until he was here. We didn't have a definite schedule date. It was like a surprise visit. Being a smaller company, I was impressed with their professionalism. I absolutely would use them again in the future if I ever needed to.
