Do not use this company. Repairman was competent but the price to change a dryer vent is outrageous. $242.00, which included a $150.00 service charge and a $90.00 vent. I wish I had called ( remove company name) . Major mistake but we all learn.

Had an appointment between 12:00 and 4:00 no show no communication from them until 5:41 that evening. Tech stated they had 2 flat tires and wanted to reschedule. Opted not to reschedule since they didn t have the courtesy to call during the scheduled time slot.
