I hired Prestige Construction to replace gas lines and prepare them for inspection. Gas lines were replaced but the final pressure test was not done because the contractor did not have the equipment to conduct the final pressure test. I paid $300 and received a receipt. There was no physical contract. It was verbal. He also damaged the fuses in my breaker box. Before he started all my rooms had lights but afterward, I had no electricity in my bathroom. My hallway or my front living room. When I notified him of the outage he told me it was not his fault.
