Very courteous. Arrived on time. One point - stated he would paint any areas that wee covered by the gutters. He did not. Also placed a brace for the roof but did not paint it. I told him twice before the job was done to be sure it was part of the work order. I used him because he did my roof 10 years ago. I am not sure I would call again. I thought his price was a little steep.
