Very punctuate on the phone and about helping me. Offered to come the next day, but 2 days later worked for me. He said that was fine. Showed up right on time, very nice guy. Laid down cloth to help protect my living room from ash falling. Cleaned chimney and fireplace in a very short amount of time.
I also informed him that I had noticed some small cracks at the bottom of my firebox, and he was able to fill that up and informed me of how long I needed to wait before burning again.
Overall, i'd use them again (and will) and have already begun to inform others.

They were the nicest people. They were the most efficient people I have ever scene. They spread cloth over my floors and rugs to keep my floors clean. They were very considerate of my house. They do everything from chimneys, air duct, dryer ducts and hood vents.

They were very professional.

When they arrived they seemed very knowledgable and did everythng I asked them to do. They kept the house neat and clean and were courteous the entire time.
