It went HORRIBLE!!! He did MUCH more damage than he fixed. One of the turbines he installed was not set at the right pitch so it wobbles and one was damaged when he opened the box and he installed anyway. It is not functional. He was supposed to install an outdoor light switch and did not glue any of the conduit. He also damaged the switchbox to the point that the cover would not seal and left it that way. He did not seal the junction box just left it open. he replace a light fixture and instead of mounting it to the junction box, he screwed it into the vinyl soffit. The worst of the worst was replacing the flashing from the shingles to the patio cover. He tore off several layers of shingles, and put down flashing. he put some of the flashing on top of shingles instead of under them. He not only fail to replace the shingles he tore off, he damaged several more and did not replace them. He reformed the WORST QUALITY job I have ever seen, Buyer beware!!! He does HHORRIBLE work!!!

The roof leaks. He dodged my calls for weeks. I finally caught him by telephone and told that the roof he put on my house leaked. He told me someone would come by and fix it. When I reached him again, he told me someone had come by to fix it. He lied. The roof still leaks.

Criminals is all I can say for these guys. Bejay Butters is the owner of this place and will tell you anything you want to hear. Paid him $4,000 up front for "materials" and his shady crew showed up the next day to do the work. Bejay said the job would have a 1 year waranty from leaks and assurred me all leaks were repaired. Paid him another $1400 just because he said his guys needed to get paid for that week. Then he dissappeared for a week and blamed it on his cell phone. Came out for another day and dissappeared and would never answer my calls after that unless I called from a number he did not already know. A few weeks later, there was a note on my door from his hoodlum worker saying he did not get paid for the job he did on my house. The next hard rain came and the roof leaked as bad as before they started. $5,400 in the toilet. VERY unprofessional. I would sue if it would help.
Description of Work: Roofing repair on flashing that was previously installed incorrectly and leaking.
