I thought I was having issues with my septic tank. The guy I talked to was very courteous. Come to find out, the issues I was having was not a septic tank issue... They could have just came out and charged me to pump my tank out without thinking twice about it, but instead advised me on taking a different route. I appreciate the honesty and integrity of this company and I would definitely recommend them to anyone who needs their service.
