We did not know anything about S and K Contractors we just checked the internet for someone to haul off an old shed and remove the vegetation from our small pond. We did not leave a message on the voicemail of Mr. Kim but he saw that we had tried to call and he called us right back. He came out to our house, told us what he could do, and gave us a reasonable price. That same afternoon he dropped off his equipment and was right on time the next morning to get started. Mr. Kim completely cleared the pond of all the vegetation; no one could have done it better. He also demolished the old shed and hauled it off. His two young assistants even cleaned up the area where the shed had been. We were so glad to have S and K Contractors do this work for us. They were on time, professional, courteous, and reasonably priced. We highly recommend this company.

Very knowledgeable and made sure we were in agreement about the work to be done. They followed up throughout the job to be sure I was happy with the progress and the final results.

Probably the best experience I've had with a contractor. These guys are doing it right. Timely, professional, polite, and skilled. Their equipment was in great condition and the operators know what they are doing and WORK until the job it done. A great experience from start to finish. I'll be calling them for my next project, no second thoughts.

Because of previous good experience with Kim, I asked for a bid and info about stump removal from the 1 1/2 acres at the back of my property plus disc and grading. He explained what would be done, offered a decent price and work commenced. It was done quickly and thoroughly. He was willing to generously negotiate additional fees when I added additional stumps to be removed. I was astounded at the quality of work his team did...it's clear, just like with first job, Kim cares deeply about his work and his customers. I would never hesitate to recommend him to anyone else.

Kim responded to my request for service quickly. He was professional and friendly. Answered all my questions. I appreciated the way he talked about his equipment-reassured me that he would take care of my property, too. He showed up when you said he would and I was very pleased with the quality of the brush hog work he did on my back acres. I will never hesitate to recommend him to others who want someone with competent skills and a good work ethic.

I appreciate the quick quality effort from s&k contractors. We had a severe issue with the yard flooding an water coming into our home and with 3 prior issues when we knew hurricane Barry was coming we called and they came the next day to look at the job and found solution and the next day after that was there working in the weather til it was all done a day before the storm hit, our home was dry and better then that the water flowed through the drainage they installed and where the yard was sloped to keep water from the house, an even came back to check it out an re-graded to make it look even better, the crew was kind, polite, and very hard working. They picked up all the mess and left the yard even better then when they started, I highly recommend them to help!! Great company!

I highly recommend this company, they were very polite and professional. I needed some demolition work, they came by the same to give me a price. I thought the price was reasonable and I accepted. They were able to do the job in a few hours the next day. I m a very satisfied customer and will hire them again.

Mr Kim and his crew are awesome, friendly and professional. I had a new drain installed, back yard graded and a tree removed at a great price. Kim looks out for his clients and will work with you to accomplish whatever task you have. My yard looks beautiful! Thanks guys!

Very helpful in accommodation of my time frame for the work that I needed to be done. I will be using them for additional work later this summer.

The demolition was done quickly & filling with hole with dirt also. However, there was quite a mess left of dirt on drive & curb area from the transfer of dirt to hole in the back where pool had been. The follow up of smoothing out the filled in pool has yet to be done. I understood this would be done after the ground settled which I believe it has. No one has been by to do anything more & I am ready to get the ground leveled and new sod in to be through with the project. Hopefully this can be finished very soon. If K am supposed to hire someone else to finish it, please let me know.
