"It's unfortunate that our first experience with reviews would be negative and very unexpected. On completion of this particular project over a year ago all parties parted with job well done. At no time had we received a call, messages, emails or any contact that there was an issue of any kind. Had we been afforded the opportunity to address this in person, I can assure you what ever the matter it would have been addressed. Our family has prided their reputation, service and work on honesty, great workmanship and above board getting it right. Our company began the tub surround project behind the member who had chosen to do his own prep work for application of tile material. We worked thru not starting the job from ground up as we would prefer and issues that possibly have arisen I do not feel are in anyway a part of the tile material that was applied. Again, if we had known of any issues concerning this a year ago we could have addressed it and I personally would have been present to assure all parties were at a resolve before departing. We would prefer to always have our customers call us directly and allow us to help with work we have our name on. Thank You, Mike Rushing"
