Overall, it went great. The project finished sooner than I expected. He has worked on several of my rental properties in Baton Rouge year after year. I use him about 2-3 times per year. My tenants rave about his work and have even asked him for his phone number for their own future use. He not only does painting, he also power washes, fills holes, cleans, changes light bulbs, changes A/C filters and so many other handyman jobs. He meets with my existing tenant, who hands him all keys. He does a thorough walkthrough, gives me an estimate and starts working on the rental house the next day. Within a few days, the house is back in rentable condition. He also shows the house to prospective tenants and hands over keys when I have screened and qualified the new tenant. He is so reliable and honest. I am very grateful for having Thomas service my properties so well. He does a fantastic job and has tremendous pride for the work he does.
