It went very well. They did a great job and it looks nice. The office was very responsive to questions and was very helpful.

Contacted Ozuna to complete the items specified above with my main concern being some wood rot around my front windows and painting of the front (wood framed) windows.  They were very responsive in setting up an appointment and contacted me several times.  They did a great job replacing a styrofoam window sill piece coated with stucco; they also came back and replaced a second one that I neglected to mention to them.  They did a good job replacing 3 deteriorated bricks on my home.  The shutters look great but they did a below average job on the windows.  I knew I had wood rot on the window sill of my downstairs window and some rotten trim on the 2 upstairs windows.  I showed them the rot only on the downstairs window as an example expecting that they would identify and repair rotten wood as they found it and all my windows (as specified in their estimate).  They replaced the rotten wood on the downstairs window and repainted all the windows.  Upon inspection of an upstairs window, I found they painted over rotten trim nearly ready to fall off the window.  I had them come back but they still only replaced some of the rotten trim, not all; I still have soft trim on one window and they didn't touch the second upstairs window.  They did very good repainting regarding 'staying in the lines' but did an awful job matching paint color so that I now have different color trim on my house (as I did not have them repaint all trim).  I think you need to be very specific as to what you want them to do and where if you hire them.  They also showed up at random times (dinner time/weekends) to do bits and pieces of the job without notification.
