+ -1 moreI got my lines mixed up and put the entire story above. Soooo, I will write what I should have written above here for now. (Running out of time today) AJ had to move me from a unit in one town to my new place, then go to yet another town to move my house there also. He did not complain. even drove my truck for me. I left he and his employee at my house to go get food... and he still did not even rest or eat- even though I asked- they just kept moving. My furniture was not wrapped because I thought it did not needed it but because he knew his own job, he realized it probably would, so quickly they wrapped my furniture with stuff they brought. They even made an extra stop and dropped off a washer and dryer to my daughte in law without complaining. They unloaded the furniture and even set up my beds for me! ONe of which was a daybed that is very aggravating to put together- So overall I was impressed and very happy with the job.- ESPECIALLY for the cost.
Description of Work: I found AJ on Craigslist and was VERY skeptical but I needed to try because I really could not afford the other movers. The first thing I was impressed by was his timeliness. He stayed in touch with me, easily gave me references, met me in advance just to ease my worry and showed up a few minutes early rather than late! While at first I found him a bit abrupt and bossy ;-) I realized it was because he knows his job and to do it well he really needed me to back off. I finally did and he did a great job- kept his emplyee in line and on track also. I had agreed to pay them extra per hour after a certain time frame and was afraid he would slow up just to make more money but surprise-surprise- he did not! He worked quickly and thoroughly and did not complain. As a matter of fact, I ended up being so grateful for the great job they did that I gave them a little more than what they asked for!-Thats pretty amazing since I was on a very tight budget. Due to a problem at my new place I will need to move again soon and my landlord is paying for it. I have asked if they could use AJ!
