 + -1 moreOverall, I am very pleased with the work that he and his workers did. They were polite, prompt, dependable, and cleaned up after themselves. Along the way I would ask him to do something that I had not originally bid for, and I agreed to pay hourly wages for him and his workers to do that task (project). This was a very big project for him involving many different skills, and although he is used to much smaller jobs, I feel that he did a great job.
Description of Work: John closed in a carport, added a second story room over that carport, built stairs, built a new carport-including laying concrete. He also divided the existing living room into two bedrooms. Along with that he broke out old brick in order to replace old windows with new windows. He also wired the new rooms, and rewired the entire older part of the house, including a new 200-amp panel, pole, and weatherhead. He raised all my outlets to 3 ft, repaired all sheetrock, and installed 7 new ceiling fans. He installed light-vent-heaters in two bathrooms and an over-the-range microwave, with a new outside vent. He replaced the ductwork in the attic and put a floor in the attic.
