My long-time air-condition man decided to retire. I trusted his man implicitly so I asked him for a referral. He gave me Paul?s name. I was having trouble with my a/c, so I called Paul. He was responsive and worked me into his busy schedule. (This was post Hurricane Isaac, so he was very busy.) He came to the house and was gentle in breaking the bad news. I had two leaks ? one in my compressor and one in my coil. Best to get a new system. But I did not need to replace everything. Heater was fine and the upstairs a/c unit was fine. So I felt good that he just focused on the problematic pieces of equipment. He arrived on time and began work immediately, and was finished just shortly after he projected he would finish. He was careful in his clean up. He was respectful and honest and I have found my new ?a/c guy.?
