Overall - horrible. Early on, Leroy convinced me to pay him early for some rough-in work which wasnt quite done. After I got ahead of him on the money, it took literally months and months just to get him back out to do ANY work. Just a constant battle. Some of the work was acceptable, some of it was just bad. I believe he was a no-call no-show about 5 times....not exaggerating. I had to threaten legal action, BBB, etc just to get him to do ANY work. He would just ignore my emails, texts, calls and voicemails for months. If i hadnt already paid him for most of it, I'd have fired him LONG ago. At more than one point, the arrangement just descended into shouting matches. Twice, he completely renegged on promises he made to correct bad work. When i said "but you promised"...he said "I know, but I'm not doing it"...WOW how's that for honor? I was not 100% without fault in the job taking as long as it did. Some other delays outside my control slowed things down...but BAR NONE, this plumber was the pacing item on this rehab. I was ALWAYS working around what he hadnt finished yet. If you have a brain in your head, you wont use Leroy Perrien. If you are already stuck with him - then whatever you do, dont get ahead of him on money. I didnt give an F because he technically didnt stiff me and steal my money....but this was about the next closest thing.

He is excellent, but he never shows up on time. When he shows up, he might come and go 2-3 times to get it done. If something is not done, he will come back and do it later. He is a good plumber. He does a great work, but he doesn't always come back. He doesn't always show up. He offers excellent quality, but irregular timing. He is very responsible with the quality of work. He might lose some process of and come back two weeks later. In the mean time, I have to call and ask where my process is. He would then say that he is coming. His billing is not always on time, but his plumbing work is excellent. He is smart. He figures things out. He saves you a lot of money in a long run because he doesn't do unnecessary things. His price is very reasonable.
