Very professional - Shane showed me the corroded pipe, went to the supply store, got the needed replacement, and had the sink working in a very timely manner. He explained a number of things to me...and gave me a senior discount! I had a separate problem with my dishwasher. I called, and he came out to work on it at a mutually convenient time.
