Terrible from the start. He gave nothing in writing, was late for the first date of work. The person I am reviewing gave me a card that says MGN Capital Enterprises, LLC. There is not physical address on the card, it has a phone and email address, his name is Galen Droge, Building Contractor. He removed a 1 1l/2 by 5 inch piece of wood and replaced it with a piece of fascia board. He installed shims behind the fascia board and didn't stall a new piece of moisture barrier paper. He filled in a gap with caulking, instead of a new piece of moisture barrier paper. The wood does not line up properly, both pieces come together and extend over the window. The original piece does not extend over the window. This guy is not a trim and finish carpenter and I would never hire him again. In fact, I fired him on the second day. He was never on time and didn't answer his phone. I would never hire a handyman for this job, I was looking for a trim and finish carpenter. Now I need someone to remove his substandard work. The picture below shows the corners extending over the window. I am looking up.
