I had always used another collision company in the past. I decided to just "drop in" at Expert Collision to get a second opinion for some needed repairs. I was greeted by a friendly and helpful staff. I received a rough estimate before leaving. It took about 15 minutes. The estimate was lower than the first.
Once I had decided on the repairs, I returned to Expert Collision. Again, I was greeted warmly and professionally. The entire staff in the office were helpful. I was treated like they had known me forever. I wanted to take care of another problem I was having (unrealated to the rear end collision) and, me not knowing alot about cars and such, Mr. Joe listened to me rattle on and actually understood what I was saying.
My vehicle was fixed in a timely manner. I was told 3 - 4 days and it was 3 days. No excuses or delays. Excellent service and workmanship. They washed and vacuumed my car - I don't think it has ever been so clean!!
When I picked up my car, it took 10 minutes. Payment options were easy and quick. I was given a full detailed receipt for all parts and service.
I love Expert Collision!! I even got a PINK T-SHIRT :)
