Eagle Mobile Lawnmower Repair

Terrible. 2nd time using them & both times they never had my lawnmower ready by the date specified. I tried to give them a benefit of doubt so I did try again. However, this is definetly my last time using them. It's always excuses & run arounds. 2 weeks to remove some fishing wire that was caught in the blade. $50 deposit $70 at pick up.

AWFUL, TERRIBLE Called Eagle Lawnmower Repair...Eric showed up...diagnosed the problem. I was told a part needed to be ordered & he would return in about 6 or 7 days to repair the mower. Eric told me he would need a deposit of $150.00 which I paid him. I paid Eric the money in cash but forgot to get a receipt nor did he offer one. After not hearing from them on the 7th day, I called. Was told by Eric he had the part but it had come in late that day and he would be able to come the following day. Since then I have called every day but only got an answering machine which none of my calls were ever returned. I finally tracked down Hewt (the father) by going over to his place of business. He told me if I had no receipt there was nothing I could do. He then took my name, phone no. and address. That night Eric called & told me he would be at my house this past Saturday at 8:30am. He showed up, told me he had the wrong part, had to go get it and would return at 10:30am. After 5 hours and no call from Eric, Newt, nobody I called and once again got NO return call. I called about 3 more times and still no call back. I do blame myself for not getting a receipt on the deposit he required BUT I know I gave Eric $150.00 and Eric knows I gave him the $150.00. I had just finished going thru 8 weeks of radiation and also was having trouble with my Type 1 diabetes. I know I was at fault by not getting a receipt but felt I could trust this company. I got the name of Eagle Mobile Lawnmower service from our local hardware store. I also talked to her and she called from her phone to see if she could get a response. No response but did say she was not going to refer this company to any of her customers again. I truly did not have the money but was able to borrow it from a family member. I am truly disappointed and can't believe I got the shaft on this transaction. I have since had to pay another person to cut my grass but not all of it because the person I hired was only able to cut the side and back yard since his mower was to big to fit in the gate that surrounds my front yard by a fence. I have never been so angry and feel I will never see or get my money back for our oral agreement. PLEASE DO NOT use this company because only heartache, lies and NO communication will follow. If there is anything you can do to help me, PLEASE let me know. All of these things occurred in September 2017. I am hopeful that Eric, Newt, whoever will see the wrong that has been done and try to work something out. With friends like these, who needs friends???

It went very well, I thought we would have to buy a new mower, but the fixed it and saved me a lot of money. They are very trustworthy, very honest. I highly recommend them.

Called these guys at 11:00am and made appointment for 11:30am. They quoted $40 service call and $30 first half hour, and that was the cost. These guys love what they do, and know what to do. Will definitely use these guys again. A+

For anyone out there with a riding mower that needs repair, these guys were quick and very reasonably priced. I do not have the means to get a riding mower to a repair shop.  They came to my house and had it fixed in less then an hour. I described the sound the mower made when it stopped running and they immediately diagnosed the problem.  I will certainly use them again.

Mower would not start, thought it was fuel pump. They came to my home, located the problem, (a stuck safety switch) in minutes and saved me time and money.

When you have a riding lawnmower you can't just throw it in the trunk of your car and drop it off at a repair shop. This fact is something that you may not think about before buying a riding lawnmower. But, eventually it will need repair and then you are in a fix, unless you know Eagle Lawnmower Repair. These guys come to your house and quickly diagnose and fix your riding mower. If you have a riding mower you need to know these guys. 

They do great work, fast and very competent. They will have my business as long as I have a mower.

It went extremely well. My lawn tractor would not move forward or backward. He found the frozen pulley and freed it. They came on time and were quick and efficient at repair. It is a sears mower. Sears takes months to schedule and are over-priced. Eagle Mobile is great. They will have my business for the life of the equipment.

Eric was nice, helpful and professional. Eric called me back quickly upon my initial voicemail to schedule service. Eric came out the same day I called for an appointment.

Less than 1 hour, my generator was up and running. Newt is very friendly and knows what he is doing. He clearly explained everything he was doing and also gave me free advice on storing and care of my generator.

It went great! First of all, Eagle comes to you; you do not have to try to get your lawnmower to them. Vincent was right on time for our appointment. He spent hours with my mower in the hot sun but he didn't quit until he knew exactly what the problem was. It turned out that he had to order parts, but he got all the prices for me for my approval. As soon as the parts were in, he came as soon as we both had an opening in our schedules. I think the mower runs better now than it did when it was new. I will definitely use Eagle again, and especially Vincent!

They came right out to my house since I didn't have a way to take it into the store. They are personable, thorough and did a great job. They were reasonably priced.
