DISCOUNT AUTO MART LLC

This contractor asked for the material cost up front of $2,300.00 to complete a fence that was to be completed in a week.  Two week's later he stated that he calculated wrong and needed more money and that it could be deducted out of the balance owed.  One week following he stated he would be complete at the end of the day so I left him a check for the balance due and he called me and said that he wasn't going to be able to complete it that day.  He promised to finish the following week.  I asked to hold my check until the job was complete.  Mid way through the following week I contacted him for a completion date and demanded that it be completed by the end of the week.  At that time he cashed my check and it is now five weeks later and I still don't have a completed fence.  After more excuses and putting the completion date off, I asked that he stay off of my property.
