I first noticed the house was getting warmer even AC was on so I called Carlisle on a Saturday. To my surprise, they sent someone named Brent over next day. After inspecting, Brent said he will return on Monday with proper tools. Brent returned and finished the task. He is truly a generous man because he took time to explain everything to me as I was not A/C savvy. He explained the problem and solution. It took him an hour and half to finish the task. I would recommend this service definitely! The only thing that bother me is that the bill was a bit pricey but it was worth it.
