Contractor came and said everything was good. The next day I lit the fireplace and it burned for about 15 minutes and shut off. It will not relight. I called the contractor and he tried to walk me through relighting process but it wouldn t work he says d he could come back on Tuesday the 24th. He never showed up and I have reached out multiple times to no avail. I leave messages and have not received a response. My wife sent a Venmo to him on the day of service for $275.00. I either want my fireplace fixed or my $275.00 back.
