They were unreliable and they ruined our engineered wood floors by installing them incorrectly. Our floors were supposed to be glue down and they are hollow like laminate. The owner was advised of the problem and walked off the job leaving us to deal with the problem. We have 1100 square feet of wood being drilled and injected with glue in an attempt to fix this issue. The photo shows blue tape which displays all of the hollow spots to be drilled and injected just in the master bedroom. The cost of repair to our floors as of this date is over $3000 and we have a long way to go to finish the job. They also left a partially tiled room they laid incorrectly that would have to be pulled up and relaid because the tiles were all unleveled. The tiles in that room had to be pulled up and trashed. Extremely unprofessional and unskilled to do the job!
