+ -1 moreHe was good, he was talking to us and everything, he was very nice but when it came down to a problem such as this, a flood that we have no control over he was really strong about charging us an additional $250.
Description of Work: I use Air Medic AC & Heating for heating and A/C services. I had the A/c service for less than a month and then there was this Louisiana flood and the very A/c that he installed went out it couldn't handle the flood. And when we told him about it he attempted to charge us additional fees.He came like a month prior to that so we felt that because it's an outside unit we thought that hey it's suppose to last and the one been with the house for fifteen years plus was still running.
