+ 0 moreDormer wood was not evenly cut, paint job exterior required re done in 2 years, did one shutter and never returned to complete the other job. Refused to correct errors. Failed to return calls.

+ 0 moreOverall not good. Very disappointed. Other things in my home were done by this company and not very good. Always get receipts for materials and warranty papers when the job is finished from who ever you are dealing with/
Description of Work: Action services repaired an outside faucet. The repair did not last. I called to report the problem. James Spencer came out; he told me he knew what the proplem was and would return to make to necessarty repair. For appx. 5-6 days; I had to keep emptying water from a large plastic container. He never returned. I finally was able to find a plumber to do the repairs. The pipes had been glued together and the other plumbing company had to cut and replace the pipe. That cost me $125.00. He did not have to lie to me and tell me he would return to do the necessary repairs. The was very unprofessional. I had given this company a lot of work and even referred to other people. I am very disappointed with this serive and would not recommend it to anyone. Not a reliable company. It's as though, you are put last when you have a small job.. The ad stated there was no job too small or too large. Since then, I have have a lot of worked done and very pleased with the results.
