It did not go off especially well. It took about three or four different times for them to fix the problem. It was on the expensive side. A roommate brought it in and we could not get rid of them. It just seemed like that they did not know how to deal with it. They had not dealt with them and they did not do a very thorough job like the first two times and finally the last time they did it right. They sprayed the electrical outlets and did a very thorough job.
