Very good. They come 2x's a week. My can is always put back on my front lawn instead of being left in the street. When you call the office they answer the phone and are very helpful.

St. Tammany Environmental Providers are awesome!!! I recently moved into my new house and had hired a different company who had "forgotten" to pick up my trash on several occasions, even after my phone calls. Someone from S.T.E.P. was in my area and putting out fliers for their company. They are cheaper, provide a garbage can for you, and the staff is extremely friendly. Also, there is no extra charge for a bigger items that you may put out on the curb. We recently put out an old barbeque pit, and they took it with no question or extra fee. They even pick up on some holidays. Overall, GREAT service and company, and I would recommend them to everyone I know!
