Home Building
Southern Homes builds houses very economically. However, the workmanship is pretty bad. Our stucco is cracking, we have a ceiling sheetrock coming loose, and just had to get our 2 year old air conditioner repaired for the third time. A faulty coil was installed in it while it was under warranty and completely corroded after a year, costing us $850. We also found that the AC was drawing hot air in the return from the attic, so it was installed poorly to begin with. The repair people they send just tell you that your problem is normal or make ridiculous excuses for it and when they do try to fix something, it is done very poorly.
