The quality of work is pathetic. It was embarrassing having family coming over for Thanksgiving and pointing out all the flaws. I will give credit were credit is due, the tile guy is good.
He will throw a number and see if it sticks (800 dollars for tub install) I finally got to point where we just paid him to go away. As a matter of fact, I will be paying another contractor to review his work and give me estimate to fix. I was going to give him a kitchen remodel but there is no WAY I can trust this builder to do a good job.
He obviously has more work that he can handle, everything is rushed. My door and trim job is pathetic. I finished the living room and all he had to do was the hall way and bathroom. Couldn't even get that done properly. My tub is unlevel, he said it's the way it was made. We would've been waiting 3 weeks plus if I hadn't taken the remainder of work to complete myself.
