He came out looked at our roof, he found a minor issue that he fixed and suggested we call him if we see any further leaks. He didn't charge me for the repair. We had a repair & I it was done quickly.

If you have ever contacted a roofing company for a small repair, you know how things usually go. They will either not call you back or try to sell you a new roof. Imagine my surprise when I contacted RBJ Roofing for my most recent need--replacing some previously damaged shingles that had blown off in a storm. The owner Ruben came out, looked at the work that needed to be done, and offered me a very fair price to complete the job. I was floored by his honesty--he did not try to hard sell me on a new roof and he did not look for ways to tack expenses onto the existing job. Needless to say, I signed a deal on the spot. Ruben contacted me a few days later letting me know when one of his crew members would be on the site. The roofer arrived as scheduled, completed the job, and cleaned up the debris. What a great experience! When the time comes that I actually do need a new roof--I am going straight to RBJ Roofing. Plus I am referring friends and family.
