I totally recommend Northshore Moving Co! They were in, loaded, and unloaded in about 3 hours - with only Mark and one other person moving. They worked super-fast, took good care of everything, and didn't stop until it was all done. I was really impressed by their work ethic. It was definitely worth the money. I would absolutely hire them again and tell others about this company.

They worked well together as a team and finished ahead of schedule. I was pleasantly surprised by how fast it all went!

Jack and his crew transported my belongings, but they also meticulously arranged everything in the truck. It was fascinating to organize them, and everything fit together well. They had excellent organizing abilities.

Moving as a team was excellent. Throughout the whole relocation process, not a single one of them let up, and they worked tirelessly to fulfill the deadline I set. Everything arrived in perfect condition. They'll be my first choice for any future relocation!

Their employees respond very quickly. Whenever I emailed the staff during my recent relocation overseas to check on the status, they responded with a thorough explanation in less than half an hour. To be honest, I felt relieved. I salute them!

The staff was accommodating when I called three days before my move. They took all my information, helped me book, and sent me an estimate after a brief video call inspection. Accepting my request so swiftly saved me a lot of trouble. Service: 10/10!

We used Northshore for a long distance move (over 1,000 miles). I would highly recommend them because of their personalized service and attention to customer’s requests. They were on time for packing, loading, and unloading. The crew was friendly and worked quickly. The owner was personally engaged with the move and was committed to making sure that everything went smoothly. Moving can be stressful and challenging. It helps to work with a company that is trustworthy and dependable.

With a new baby and a new job, the hassle of moving was overwhelming. Adam personally came by my house and walked me through the entire process before quoting me for his services, which was extremely reasonable for the work ahead of him. I felt confident that I could turn everything over to him and focus on other things. The day prior to the move he had my house fully packed, 4 bedrooms, kitchen, closets, garage, everything. Any issues or concerns were immediately brought to my attention. The level of service I received was remarkable. Shop local, buy local. I’ve recommended friends and family to Adam’s company and will continue to do so!

It was so EASY and stress free I thought it wasn't real. I know they say when something seems to good to be true, it usually is, but not in this case. This company to Too Good to be true,, but they are TRUE, not to mention honest, hardworking, and you speak with the owner personally- AFI & Logistics, Local and Long Distance Moving and Delivery. I spoke with Adam when I called the number at the http://northshoremovingco.com/ website (985-705-6643) and directly spoke with the owner with the first phone call. They will probably expand because their services are so good, but they will work around anything, with anyone, and with any type of moving and delivery! Although AFI & Logistics is located primarily in the areas of Baton Rouge, Hammond, Mandeville, New Orleans, Slidell,  Covington and Folsom, they can, and will, move you long distance!  Adam, the owner, had all of the equipment he needed, there was nothing necessary of me, and we were told to sit back and relax.

Both websites are up and working at this time, I thought it was too good to be true, but it wasn't. I decided to call the company (1-985-705-6643) and Adam, the owner, answered the phone. No waiting for him to call me back, no wondering whether or not they are true, when they say their philosophy is that my only job during moving day should be to enjoy my new space, they are right on point. I didn't have to do anything but pick up the phone and speak with them to schedule the moving day! That's all I had to pick up, the phone! They don;t even want you to help, they want you to be as stress free as possible, it was such a relief, ESPECIALLY for ONLY ONE WEEK"S NOTICE! I may have gotten lucky, but when they say they are willing to work with you, despite what you need moved, they are being completely honest. This is the only company I will EVER recommend and the only company I will EVER hire in the future. They even do long distance moving!!  I only moved about 200 miles, but they've moved full residential housing clients across country. It was a last minute move and this company made time for me and was affordable.

The other companies I called were booked for weeks, this company made availability for me with understanding that sometimes you have to move quickly and it needs to be done fast. Not only did this company move all my belongings super quick and last minute, the company added my brand new LG washer and dryer to the truck and gave me plenty of valuable advice. The owner gets to the point quickly, gives an honest quote and tells you how he calculates it as he calculates it out loud over the phone. There were no surprise charges. I wanted to tip the movers so much money, but wasn;t able to at the time, so I tipped them the appropriate amount I had ready and available. I wanted to give them MORE money because of how they fit me into their schedule, giving me an honest price while doing so, being on time, in fact slightly early, and packed everything VERY PROFESSIONALLY. The movers worked hard and fast. They came in, packed, and got out with 56 boxes of stuff + furniture in less than 2 hours. I was SO worried before I  found and contacted http://northshoresmover.com/ because I had to move last minute- I did not give much time, I contacted them about only a week before I needed my stuff cleared out. I explained my situation, and they worked on a SUNDAY a day they usually don't do moving, to accommodate me, AND they were SO professional. When I found out that they are contracted out by companies in this area, the professionalism in keeping my things in perfect condition and the time it took them to pack it all wasn't as surprising, but I was surprised this company also works with individuals needing to move- especially such a last minute mover as I was. They unpacked everything at the new location with no lolly-gagging around, and the entire move took half a day. I felt as if God had blessed me when I came across this company and more people need to know about the work they do. They are hardworking, honest individuals. The owner told me if there was ANY problem, he'd take care of it. He was very serious, understanding, to the point, fair, and made sure I got everything I needed done.

            This company made a very stressful situation for me, completely stress free. I moved from Baton Rouge to the North Shore area, but a little further out in a small neighborhood down HWY 21 in the Covington area. From Baton Rouge to the location they moved me is a normal 1hour and 45 minute drive. I was surprised to see that the owner works with high end companies, therefore has the experience to move very expensive and nice furniture properly, and that he works with individuals. If you need to move, you need to call this company!!!!!! The owner's name is Adam and he is the nicest, hardworking guy. He is honest, upfront, knows the right questions to ask if youve never hired movers before, tells you upfront of any potential problems, but tells you and takes your input on how to get around a big issue if there is one. They worked on a late Sunday evening, just for me, when they don;t usually work on Sundays. He said, "No ma'am, I'm free, it is my day off, but a move needs to be done so we will be there and we will get it done."

Also, this company has worked with NUMEROUS areas of delivery, moving, etc. They have done full office business moves, retail stores, you name it. Northshore moving co -http://northshoremovingco.com also does apartment moving at economical pricing ( I had a condo and the price he gave me seemed nearly unbelievable! with such short notice on their only day off). Northshore Moving Company also delivers designer furniture and works with furniture designers and their clients to make the deliverynas stress free as possible. They know how to DO IT ALL!
