Workers showed up early in morning. Discussed what was to be done. They worked in unison and very efficiently. My neighbors wanted their name because he was so impressed with the amount of work they did in just one day!

I called them and I knew what the problem was. They told me that they were going to come out 2 days later after 7.30am. I had changed my plans but he called at 7am and said he could not make it. I agreed to have it done the next day. This went on for week and a half where he had some problem and he could not come out. The last time he was supposed to come out on a Saturday, it was pouring and he said he could not come out because of the rain. I told him to forget it and that I would call someone else. Their ratings showed good things about them and I had to change my plans five times and stay home in the morning only to find out they weren't going to show up. I went ahead and took up another roofer, who came, looked at the work and fixed it. I was disappointed as this was rated good but turned out to be bad. It is a trouble to call them to begin with. I don't know if their work will be good or not. I would never rely on them to come out nor would I ever work with them in future.

For months we've had a minor leak at the edge of our roof. We could not find where the leak originated. It had damaged the decking, stained the edges of the soffit and stained the eaves. Northlake Roofing gave us a complete estimate. The decking, felt and shingles were replaced and extra flashing was put in to extend to the edge of the roof. Soffits were cleaned. The eaves, where stained, were repainted at a later date when they had dried out. The bulk of the work was done in less than a day and (HOORAY!) they left the area surrounding the job clean! All employees were friendly, polite and professional.

Started well with initial installation but failed when defects were noted and repairs were required. They returned on two occations to check problem areas but never returned to fix the problems. Additional work on flat roof (built up area) that was scheduled has never been performed. After four years, I have given up on North Lake Roofing and currently taking estimates from other companies.

Cecil from North Lake Roofing was very knowledgeable and prompt. He knows what was the problem and the solution.

Quoted a fixed price over the phone. Scheduled a date for work to be done. Arrived on time and did the work in a professional manner. Did an excellent job. I am completely satisfied with his work and intend to have him install roof ventilators in the near future. Based on my experience, I recommend this contractor.

They were honest and performed good quality work. My experience with them was very good.
